Return & Refund Policy

At Korevas, we want every customer to feel confident when shopping with us. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before placing an order.

By purchasing from Korevas, you agree to the terms below.

1. Return eligibility

We accept return requests only if the item:

arrived damaged
arrived defective
is the wrong item
does not match the confirmed order

To request a return, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery.

2. Non-returnable items

For hygiene and quality reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

underwear
socks
swimwear
worn items
washed items
items with removed tags or packaging
sale items
gift cards, if applicable

3. Size and fit issues

Please review product sizing carefully before ordering.

We do not offer refunds or exchanges if:

the wrong size was selected
the fit is not preferred
the customer changes their mind
the item was ordered by mistake

Small differences in fit may occur depending on body type, fabric, and how measurements are taken.

4. Reporting an issue

To report an issue, please email us at design@korevas.com and include:

your full name
your order number
a short description of the issue
clear photos of the product
clear photos of the packaging

We may request additional information before approving a return, replacement, or refund.

5. Review process

Once your claim is received, we will review the case and decide whether it qualifies for:

a replacement
a partial refund
a full refund
another appropriate solution

We may refuse claims that are submitted late, lack evidence, or relate to normal wear, misuse, incorrect sizing, or customer preference.

6. Product and color disclaimer

We do our best to display product colors, details, and materials accurately. However, slight differences may occur due to:

screen settings
lighting
photography
fabric texture
production variations

Minor differences are not considered defects.

7. Order cancellations

Orders may only be canceled within 12 hours of purchase, if they have not yet been processed or shipped.

Once an order has been processed, packed, or shipped, it cannot be canceled.

8. Shipping issues

Korevas is not responsible for delays caused by:

couriers
customs
weather
incorrect shipping information
failed delivery attempts

If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer may be responsible for additional shipping fees.

9. Refused or unclaimed packages

If a package is refused or not claimed, we do not guarantee a refund. Any re-shipping costs may be the customer’s responsibility.

10. Refund timing

If a refund is approved, it will be issued to the original payment method. Processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Shipping fees are generally non-refundable unless the issue was caused by our error.

11. Fraud prevention

We reserve the right to refuse claims, cancel orders, or deny refunds in cases of suspected fraud, abuse of policy, false claims, or dishonest refund attempts.
