Once the package has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery performance becomes the responsibility of the carrier.

10. LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES
If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, please:

11. DAMAGED PACKAGES

- photos of the packaging;
- a description of the issue.
We will review the situation and determine an appropriate resolution where applicable.
12. PARTIAL SHIPMENTS
